Absolutely not. Sitter suite lets you be in charge of when you want to work and where.
Each booking will let you know what suburb and post code the sit is situated in and what times the booking is. Only apply for bookings that suit you. 
No! It does not cost a thing to join SS. Sitter Suite takes a small platform fee only at the time of payment, so there are no upfront fees or costs.
You will need a first aid certificate, ID, your blue card/ Working with children check, and the contact details of two child related references.
While our full terms and conditions are listed in the app (you must read through and agree to the terms when you create a profile) SS's basic expectations are for our sitters are:
* ensure the safety of the child(ren) while they are in your care
* communicate with parents politely
* honour any sits you have committed to  
* give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a sit. 
Failure to comply with expectations will lead to your profile being removed from SS. 
Sitter Suite thinks safety should be our main priority. We ask parents to upload a form of ID when they join (just as sitters are asked to) to help ensure people are who they say they are.

We also have a feedback system that sitters can use to give feedback for parents, and if you have any concerns please reach out to us on admin@sittersuite.com
Sitter Suite does not employ sitters, so we do not set the rates for each sit. You may wish to look into local rates in your area for an idea. Rates usually increase as a sitters experience increases and as they gain qualifications 
Not to worry. SS has you covered and will pass on 50% of the booking (minus the platform fee) so you aren't out of pocket
All user profile data and related information are stored in our secure database, accessible only by authorized personnel with proper authentication. We ensure that all communication between the app and the admin panel occurs over a secure domain connection with implement SSL certificates. 


We employ robust encryption methods for storage and processing of sensitive information like passwords. We use one-way encryption, meaning that once encrypted, the data cannot be reversed or decrypted by anyone, enhancing security.

No one except the admin team see your Blue card and ID information. Your ID is used to verify that your picture matches your ID, and that your first aid and blue card match the ID.
